Infrared Sauna

Addresses the common ailments of pregnancy such as sore back, aching feet, headaches, leg cramps and swelling.
30 minute massage $40
Relaxation or Deep Tissue. Take a half an hour to relax your neck, shoulders and back. Or, customize your time to focus on problem areas.
60 minute relaxation massage $70
The therapist uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation and ease muscle tension.
60 minute deep tissue massage $80
Uses similar movements and techniques as the relaxation massage but the pressure is more intense. Deep tissue is great for addressing problem areas and knots. Our therapists specialize in deep tissue therapy. Our deep tissue massages are known to use the perfect combination of deep therapeutic massage while still giving the overall feeling of relaxation.
90 minute relaxation massage $100
Extend your massage experience and leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
90 minute deep tissue massage $110
This extended version of the full body deep tissue massage is great for addressing problem areas or injuries. The extra time allows the therapist to spend additional time addressing problematic areas with different techniques including trigger point therapy.
Infrared Sauna Session $20
30 minutes in our clearlight, full-spectrum infrared sauna. Our sauna includes near, mid and far infrared therapy and color therapy to fully address any ailment you may have.
Infrared Sauna Session (added on to any massage) $15
You can choose to spend 30 minutes in our clearlight, full-spectrum infrared sauna either before or after any massage session for the ultimate in relaxation and therapy.
